Li Li is Actxa’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer, leading the company’s product strategy and operational excellence across its health-tech ecosystem. She is passionate about transforming scientific insights into high-quality, user-centric products, guiding them from early concept through manufacturing to customer experience.

Working closely with Actxa’s leadership in science, software, and hardware solutions, Li Li ensures every product reflects precision, reliability, and care. She is deeply committed to building disciplined processes that empower teams to innovate with confidence and deliver consistently, strengthening Actxa’s reputation for science-backed, performance-driven wearables.

Li Li holds an Honours Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
