Actxa's authorised service centre, Oui-Click , will stop the exchange services for National Steps Challenge™ trackers, with effect from 1 July 2024.

Only trackers purchased from Oui-Click , or our official store on Lazada, will be eligible for service or exchange at Actxa's authorised service centre. To receive service and support for Actxa products under warranty, please present valid proof of purchase.
