We highly recommend using the Core Smart Ring Sizing Kit to find your most accurate and comfortable fit. While you can estimate your size using online guides or ring charts, the sizing kit allows you to physically test the fit—ensuring the ring is snug enough for accurate tracking, yet comfortable for all-day wear. Wearing the test ring for 24 hours helps confirm long-term comfort.
The Core Smart Ring should feel snug but comfortable—secure enough to maintain reliable sensor contact, but not so tight that it restricts circulation. A proper fit is essential for accurate tracking of heart rate, VO₂ Max, sleep, and other key health metrics.
You can wear the Core Smart Ring on any finger, but for the most optimal results, we recommend placing it on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. Make sure the sensor faces the palm for optimal readings.
The Core Smart Ring is water-resistant up to 5 ATM, meaning it can withstand pressure equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. You can wear it while showering, swimming, or washing your hands. To maintain its long-term performance, avoid submerging it for more than 30 minutes, and rinse the ring under clean running water after swimming in chlorinated or seawater to remove any residue and preserve the materials and sensors.
The Core Smart Ring is designed for adults aged 18 and above because its health and wellness features are optimized for adult physiology. Using the ring below the supported age may result in inaccurate readings or insights.
If the Core Smart Ring is left unused for several days, the battery may become fully drained. Simply place the ring on the magnetic charger and wait a few seconds. When charging begins, the LED on the ring will blink, indicating it's charging.
After charging, launch the Actxa App to sync your data and automatically update the ring's date and time.
If the LED doesn’t blink immediately, leave it on the charger for at least 10 minutes to allow the battery to recover before attempting to power it up again.
The Core Smart Ring comes with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Like most wearables, the built-in battery is a consumable component, and its gradual capacity loss over time is considered normal wear and tear, which is not covered under the warranty.
If the battery shows abnormal performance, for example:
the battery becomes flat within a few hours after a full charge of about 2 hours, or
the battery level does not increase after being charged for 2 hours — please contact Actxa Support for assistance.
If you notice cracks, swelling, or any signs of deformity, remove the ring immediately and contact Actxa Support for further actions. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product may be replaced under the terms of the warranty.
If the ring’s green LED does not blink when placed in the charging case, it may not be charging properly. Try the following steps:
Check the charging contacts on both the ring and the charging case to ensure they are clean and dry. • Common causes include soap, lotion, sweat, or dust buildup. • Gently wipe the contacts with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
Ensure proper placement — align the metal contacts on the ring with the pins in the charging case. • The green LED should start blinking once charging begins.
Check the charging cable and power source. • Make sure the USB-C cable is securely connected and the power source is working.
If the LED still does not blink after these checks, leave the ring on the charger for at least 10 minutes to allow the battery to recover if it is completely flat. If the issue persists, please contact Actxa Support for further assistance.

Charging issues caused by residue or contamination on the contacts are not covered under warranty.
